Recruitment
We want to remain as transparent and as straightforward as possible to help guide you through this entire process. We know that navigating our recruiting process may seem as a daunting task, but we want to assure you that we will be here as a resource for you every step along the way. We also highly encourage prospective applicants to reach out and speak directly with our current members, who all have emerged successfully from our recruiting cycle.

Overview & Timeline
Learn more about recruiting
Above all else, GIMG prides itself on the quality, rigor, and passion of its members. As such, we take great care during the recruitment process to select prospective members who are not only intellectually curious but are also a good fit within the culture of GIMG. Our members, once trained, are held to a high standard and expected to excel within the organization—and once they mature, to continue the culture of giving back.
Our recruitment process is split into two parts, per our two branches: recruiting for our investment branch and for our public relations branch. Generally speaking, they share the same timeline but require two separate applications. Recruiting for our investment branch is primarily ran by our CIO Equity and CIO Fixed Income while recruiting for our public relations branch is ran by our COO. Our President supervises the entire process to ensure a holistic and timely approach. OIMG shares the same application link as GIMG.
The recruitment cycle for both GIMG’s investment and public relations branches is held in the first month of the new semester. We encourage you to come learn more about GIMG during one of Goizueta’s club fairs or by attending our club information sessions. Our recruiting process itself is different for the investment branch and the public relations branch in both scale and nature—however, both include an initial written application, which, upon approval, will lead to a formal interview process. Interviews will take place throughout the course of one week with final placements announced shortly thereafter. We will officially kick off our semester with a general body meeting that introduces our new analysts to the team!
